Exotic, Native, and Rare fruit trees

Our tree nursery is a mini version of our fruit forest. Every plant we grow is propagated by seeds we germinated and cared for here at La Floresta. We focus mainly on fruit trees that thrive in tropical conditions and contribute to long-term food security, biodiversity, and regeneration.

We spent years going around Costa Rica looking for rare fruit seeds, many of which we are now producing here. Availability changes with the seasons, and our nursery is always evolving as the forest matures.

Looking Ahead

As La Floresta continues to grow, so will the nursery. In the future, we hope to expand beyond fruit trees to include native species, support plants, and reforestation-focused varieties. Though they are not on the catalog, we can certainly provide several pollinator attractors, nitrogen-fixers, and other support species.

If you have questions, special requests, or are interested in larger plantings, feel free to reach out directly. We’re always happy to talk about trees 😊🌴.
